​iNviTECH’s mission is to create systemic change in access to STEM & Entrepreneurship opportunities for children of color. iNviTECH seeks to increase girl, women, and minority participation in STEM fields. Our internship program offers a variety of internships through a myriad of STEM-focused partnering organizations. iNviTECH's internship program coordinator will oversee ​internship ​application processing, student communication, program assessment, and program development for ​iNviTECH's Internship programs. ​The program coordinator will also be responsible for ​developing new STEM-focused partnering organizations to host iNviTECH interns. In addition, the ​leading intern training sessions and professional development workshops. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively as a member of a team, provide direction and leadership, delegate, and will possess strong organizational skills
